Who is Dawn?

So why Crafting For Dawn? The inspiration for this organisation came from Dawn's fundraising efforts whilst suffering from breast cancer. I would like to carry that on to try and beat this terrible disease in her memory and every other woman who has suffered.

Dawn was a fun loving, crazy, amazing woman both before and during her illness and her positivity, humour and joy for life touched everyone around her; she was a very popular lady! Thats the message I want to spread whilst fundraising, one of positivity, love and community. On her birthday, instead of gifts, she asked for people to donate to Breakthrough Breast Cancer (Now Breast Cancer Now) and raised around £450. This is the impact she had on the people around her and we want to continue that love. Thank you for visiting our site and we hope you find something to make you smile.

Dawn's family and friends have held fundraising events following her passing and have raised over £10,000 earning a plaque in London displaying her name. This is an amazing target for Crafting for Dawn to aim towards and we hope you'll support us on this journey.
